1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bowltoll, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Bowltoll is a payment tracking and league management tool for bowling leagues. It helps organizers track attendance, calculate fees, and confirm payments. Bowltoll does not process payments between bowlers and organizers — those transactions happen through external services chosen by the users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Center) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bowltoll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for disputes between league organizers and bowlers, payment disputes through external services, or any financial losses arising from the use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
