Bowltoll - Bowling League Payment Tracking

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and optional phone number. We also collect league-related data such as attendance records, payment confirmations, and fee calculations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide the Bowltoll service — managing league rosters, tracking attendance and payments, sending notifications, and generating reports. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Information

Bowltoll does not process payments directly or store credit card information. Payments between bowlers and organizers happen through external services (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, etc.). For subscription billing, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
